We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with ScriptTrackr, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

After this 14-day window, ScriptTrackr does not offer refunds for any subscription payments, including monthly or annual renewals. All sales after the initial 14-day period are final.

2. Evaluate via Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial (limited to 3 script analyses) to help you determine if ScriptTrackr is the right fit for your workflow before you are charged. We encourage all users to fully utilize this trial period to evaluate the service.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

4. Exceptional Cases

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests for technical errors or duplicate billing issues. If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us at billing@scripttrackr.com.
