1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ScriptTrackr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. ScriptTrackr is provided to you by Wobert Inc.
2. Description of Service
ScriptTrackr is an AI-powered platform designed for producers and agents to track script submissions, generate AI-driven script breakdowns, and manage industry relationships. The service is fully automated, and ScriptTrackr does not provide human-driven analysis or services.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Content and Ownership
You retain all rights to the scripts and materials you upload to ScriptTrackr. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights, or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses, to upload such content and grant us the license described below. You grant ScriptTrackr a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are solely responsible for validly obtained permissions for any script or material you upload.
5. Subscription and Billing
Our "Individual" plan is billed at $10 per month (or $100 annually). Our "Team" plan is billed at $15 per user per month (or $150 per user annually). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Free Trial: New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial, limited to a maximum of 3 script analyses. Upon expiration of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
ScriptTrackr provides AI-generated analysis for helper purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs and shall not be liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated data. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRIPTTRACKR AND WOBERT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF CONTRACT OR UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE ARISING FROM YOUR UPLOAD OF CONTENT TO THE PLATFORM WITHOUT THE NECESSARY PERMISSIONS.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ScriptTrackr, Wobert Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
